We went up here for a couple hours to hike the area. There is a very nice trail through pine forest that goes along the cliff that makes for a nice scenic walk. There is also a trail down to the river where there is a canoe launch. There is a campground up here which looked pretty nice that's hike in only as well.
Campsites mixed among huge pines. Quiet and free! Nice little river to explore.
This was a nice stop for an hour or so with some decent hiking.
