I have not had anything good to say on Burnett Medical until recently. I had the absolute pleasure of being serviced by Linae Hicks when I had brought my son in with possible (and later confirmed) appendicitis. When I spoke to Linae of my concern about his tummy hurting and fever, she by no means disregarded my assumption on diagnosis but rather jumped on board. When we found out the surgeon that would be operating on our seven year old, we refused service by them. Linae went above and beyond to set his surgury up by Amery hospital so the only thing we had to do was drive. The last thing we were worried about was paperwork! Linae also called to check the status of our son into the next day. You do not find such positive, genuine, and respectable people in the medical field anymore. My suggestion, if you have to utilize Burnett Medical ask for Linae. You will not be sorry, guaranteed ;)
Waited three + hours when my son had strep. Don't think we will be coming back.
