There are not many clinics that will offer up their time on the phone versus just telling you to come in so they can earn a dollar and for that I will say Grantsburg Animal Clinic definitely goes above and beyond in customer service! I would highly recommend this Clinic to anybody and they are also very reasonable in pricing. We have had many of our dogs in there as we have a small farm of animals, we have had to have one put down due to an accident and no matter what the emergency we have always gotten great customer service and friendly attitude which is much needed when you are concerned about your pet which is considered to be your family member. They say a dog is a man's best friend and that is definitely the case I love my dogs very much and will always give them the best care possible and I thank Grantsburg Animal Clinic for all of their help with all of my concerns and questions. A++++ in my opinion!
Nothing but the best for my dogs and Grantsburg Animal Hospital is the best. Have been with Dr. Greg even before he opened Grantsburg. Love him and love the staff. No matter which dog/dogs I take in I am always told they are the cutest the staff has ever seen. I am quite sure they say that to many of their patients, but it makes me happy just to hear. Have been through the good and the bad with GAH and they are always attentive and caring. We've had many dogs and never have had a bad experience. Even if we have to say good bye to one of our babies we always have the support of the entire staff. We've had our pets to many area vets, but will never go anywhere else.
Thank you so much for all of your time with our animals! If they could speak I'm sure they would say the same! Woof woof!

The front desk staff were great. They were friendly and helpful. I was surprised at the cost. It was quite a bit higher then the vet I had been attending so considering my current vet is closer I will return to them. The stars are more for the cost.then friendliness.
Considering I was a first time customer coming in on an very important visit I would have liked to received a follow up call.
It is December of 2017 and what do you know right before Christmas here my beautiful yellow lab just gave birth to 10 beautiful healthy puppies. It was definitely a shock and there was a few concerns so as always we brought her to dr. Greg Palmquist and he checked her out and put our concerns at ease. As always everybody at the clinic was extremely friendly and very informative on what we will be looking forward to and what to watch for when a dog goes through the whelping process. The puppies came at 3 in the morning and there was a few concerns being a over worried parent I had called the next morning and talked with Lacey one of the veterinary technicians who was more than happy to call me a few times to address some concerns over the phone and helped me with everything I needed to make sure my lab and her puppies do just great.
Courteous, professional and kind. My big dog has had a rough year with surgery and Lyme’s and the staff have always been responsive to our needs – urgent or routine. Take the time to explain in terms i can understand and respect my choices. Always a positive experience
